LIFE IS fucking exhausting
It keeps piling up like Tetris, and you know you can't afford a break, but sometimes your brain just switches off and you realize you’ve been staring blankly at a screen for minutes or hours. You feel like you’re slowly drowning under the weight of your responsibilities, but no one else sees it, and it's been... years.
How is everyone else's house so tidy?
Why does my brain hate me so much?
How much longer can I keep this up?!?
I feel you! Whether you’re living with ADHD, Autistic burnout, chronic fatigue, dysautonomia, chronic pain (e.g. fibromyalgia, hEDS), or just the normal everyday stressors of late-stage capitalism, I can help. You're not lazy, irresponsible, "faking," or broken; you're just stuck.
I know how hard it is just to admit you need help, and how much harder it can be to actually make an appointment. In fact, most people will visit a therapist’s website half a dozen times before they finally reach out! So I’ve made the process even easier.
You can use the secure contact form here on my site to reach out, or you can go ahead and book a free phone, video, or secure text-based consultation to see if we’re a good fit. You can even email or text me if you prefer (though please be aware that text and email are not HIPAA-secure). However you’re able to reach out, I’m here to listen.

Fighting traffic, finding parking, sitting in waiting rooms…
Or you could just skip all that…
let the couch come to you
Here at Next Page Counseling, I offer a higher level of flexibility than most practices, in order to accommodate my clients with neurodivergence and/or chronic illnesses. If you need to reschedule at the last minute, I have several emergency slots reserved for just this purpose! If the conference room at work is double-booked this week, we can meet in your (stationary) car, switch to a phone session, or even use synchronous chat if you can’t find anywhere private to talk. Need to cancel at the last minute? No judgment, no lecture, no excuse required. Seriously!
Perhaps most importantly, I don’t discharge clients just for missing a few sessions (as many therapists do). Instead, I work with each client to figure out a plan that meets their needs, even if that means meeting at a different time each week. Some clients also take advantage of text-based support, so they can reach out between sessions or keep our work going even when they can’t find time for a session. My goal is to make connecting as easy as possible, so therapy feels like an opportunity, not an obligation.
