You don’t have time for therapy…
Heck, you didn’t have time BEFORE the world was on fire, and now everything is harder. Maybe you work a high-burnout job and crawl home exhausted at the end of the night, too tired to do anything but mindlessly scroll. Maybe you’re living with a chronic illness, and don’t have the energy to drag yourself to yet another appointment. Maybe you’re busy wrangling your kids to and from school and activities, and you just can’t find a consistent time for sessions. Maybe you’re so filled with apathy after watching the news that you just can’t bring yourself to DO ANYTHING AT ALL…
I want to help! I know how hard it is just to admit you need help, and how much harder it can be to actually make an appointment. In fact, most people will visit a therapist’s website half a dozen times before they finally reach out!
So I’ve made the process even easier. You can use the secure contact form here on my site to reach out, or you can go ahead and book a free phone, video, or secure text-based consultation to get your questions answered and to see if we’re a good fit. You can even email or text me if you prefer (though please be aware that text and email are not HIPAA-secure, and you use them at your own privacy risk).
However you’re able to reach out, I’m here to listen. With flexible scheduling, guilt-free cancellations, and multiple formats (video, phone, and messaging), I can help you fit therapy into your life however you live it.

let the couch come to you
Here at Next Page Counseling, I offer a higher level of flexibility than most practices. If you need to reschedule at the last minute, I have several emergency slots reserved for just this purpose! If the conference room at work is double-booked this week, we can meet in your car, switch to a phone session, or even use synchronous chat if you can’t find anywhere private to talk. Need to cancel at the last minute? No judgment, no lecture, no guilt. Seriously!
Perhaps most importantly, I don’t discharge clients just for missing a few sessions as many therapists do; instead, I work with each client to figure out a plan that meets their needs, even if that means meeting at a different time each week. Some clients also take advantage of text-based support, so they can reach out between sessions or keep our work going even when they can’t find time for a session. My goal is to make connecting as easy as possible; therapy should feel like an opportunity, not an obligation.
